Congratulations! You’ve been invited to a tea party. Unfortunately, the only place more brutal and unforgiving than the deep wilds of the forest, is a high tea. Only the highest status animals will get to take home the delicious apples on offer here. So it’s your job to make the right friends and see to it that their friends are seated in the best spots.

Tea Party Tussle is an area control tea party game for 2 – 4 players with bluffing and hand management.
In Tea Party Tussle, you will seat guests at different tables by playing cards from your hand. The delicious apples on each table will be claimed by the suit that has the highest cumulative value at that table. Try to make sure your chosen suit controls the most valuable tables. But these party guests are tricky, and each card played by both you and your opponents may trigger powers that complicate things.
Draw
Draw one card from the top of either the draw pile or the discard pile.
Play
Seat a guest by playing one card from your hand to any empty seat at a table. Immediately activate the card’s ability.
Discard
Discard one card from your hand, and place it on top of the discard pile.

On each turn of Tea Party Tussle your hand shrinks. Until each player is left holding one card. At this point, the game ends and each player reveals thier final card.
If you revealed a higher value card in your chosen suit than any other player, congratulations! You get to collect any apple tokens on tables controlled by that suit. But if another player revealed a card in the same suit that has higher value, they’ll collect those apples and you’ll go home friendless and hungry.
